2. The service

We provide game server hosting. The plan, resources and price you ordered are shown on your invoice and in the client area.

3. Payment and renewal

Plans renew automatically for the billing period you chose (monthly, quarterly or yearly). You receive an invoice before each renewal. Unpaid invoices can lead to suspension and later removal of your server.

4. Cancellation and refunds

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our servers for illegal activity, attacks on other networks, spam, or to distribute malware. We may suspend a server that breaks these rules or harms other customers.

7. Backups and data

We create backups, but you remain responsible for keeping copies of data that is important to you.
